Eastmoreland Art Lovers’ Dual Bathrooms

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The owners of this Eastmoreland Cottage wanted to design new downstairs and upstairs baths that would allow them to fuse the spaces with their collection of contemporary art with unique and artistic fixtures and tiling.

In the small upstairs bath, unusual shaped tile was used to add interest to the small space. Custom angled cabinetry and a fun tile shape give this bathroom a custom feel. The sculptural soaking tub under the skylight in the upstairs bath, complete with a grab bar for ease of entry/exit.

For the downstairs bathroom, patterned tile and penny rounds were installed throughout, offering a sleek, modern look to the entire room. Custom cabinetry and fixtures tie the bath to the feel of the rest of the home. The same penny tile was used for the floor, wainscot, and backsplash, while a bold but neutral patterned tile covers the entire back wall. Custom cabinetry, sleek hardware, and a wall-mounted faucet make this modern bath shine.
