PROJECT OVERVIEW
An invisible leak caused extensive damage to the floors and cabinetry, leaving the clients without a functional kitchen for over four months while mitigation, design, and contractor estimates were underway. Although a previous remodel leaned into glitzy glamour, it didn’t reflect the clients’ practical lifestyle or their preference for natural materials. Natural maple cabinetry, authentic zellige tile, and warm quartzite surfaces bring depth and warmth to the space while setting a cohesive direction for future updates throughout the home. Large-format porcelain floor tile was selected for durability, ease of maintenance, and added protection against potential water issues.
