Lair Hill condo Master Bath

The clients of this 90’s Lair Hill townhouse had restored the rest of their living space to reflect their sophisticated style and now needed to update its outdated and worn out master bath.

The client’s desire for clean lines is reflected in the vanity area. While a wall to wall and to ceiling mirror reflects much need light into the space.

The wall mounted toilet creates extra space to access the shower.

Modern fixtures add luxe feel to the bath.

This project was brought to life by using an easy to maintain marbled porcelain to replace the old floor, tiled walls, and custom stained oak cabinets that added much needed storage space. Because the space was narrow, precious space was gained by using a wall mounted toilet that would allow for a swing shower door. Chelly updated the dated old lighting with new “swanky” hanging light fixtures and added modern fixtures though out to polish the contemporary feel of the bath.
